Attorney Nathan J. Dineen practices 100% criminal defense and drunk driving defense in Northeastern Wisconsin. He is recognized as one of Wisconsin’s best drunk driving and criminal defense attorneys, having litigated hundreds of criminal and traffic cases throughout eastern Wisconsin. Since 2015, Nate has been recognized by Super Lawyers, a peer-review attorney rating service, as a “Rising Star” in drunk driving and criminal defense. Nate prides himself on being accessible to his client’s 24/7 and gives each client his cellphone for any questions throughout the entire legal process.

In 2016, Nate earned the Forensic Lawyer-Scientist Designation as recognized by the Chemistry and Law Division of the American Chemical Society for his training and work with drug identification and blood testing. Nate was the first and currently one of only two attorneys in eastern Wisconsin with this designation.

Nate currently resides in Sister Bay, Wisconsin. In his limited spare time, Nate enjoys golfing at Horseshoe Bay, snowmobiling in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, boating of Chambers Island, and spending time with his family, the love of his life, Melanie, sons Declan and Rory, and two dogs, a German shepherd named Ziva, and a Golden Retriever named Tucker.
